A studio, not a supplier.
GreenKey was founded in 2003 to bring architect-grade specification discipline to a market dominated by box-shifters. Twenty-two years later, that's still the only thing we do.

From a converted print works in Clerkenwell.
GreenKey began with a single contract — a 1920s mews house in north London — and a refusal to specify a system we hadn't first pulled apart on the bench.
Two decades on we work on roughly seventy projects a year, from single-window heritage replacements to 400-opening developments. The discipline is the same as the first job: model it, specify it, install it ourselves.
Our studio sits in a converted print works in Clerkenwell. Our workshop and manufacturing partner is in Bavaria. Our installation teams are direct-employed and based in London, Edinburgh and Dublin.
To make architect-grade facade specification accessible to anyone who cares enough to ask for it.
One studio, end to end. Every project signed off by the same person who surveyed it.
A measured record.
What we hold to.
Engineered, not assembled
Every system is specified to project — thermal modelling, structural calculation, and acoustic targets agreed before the first cut.
One studio, end to end
Survey, design, manufacture, install. No subcontracted handovers, no diluted accountability.
Heritage-grade craft
Welded corner joinery, hand-finished hardware, and PPG PVDF coatings warranted for 25 years against fade and chalk.
Quiet performance
Acoustic glazing to Rw 45 dB, triple seals on every opening leaf — designed for homes near roads, rails and runways.
